Pre-Placement Physical Capability Assessment

SECO works with local employers to develop and implement pre-placement testing specific to their company needs. This includes on-site analysis of the physical demands of the positions to be tested, development of testing criteria and associated policies and procedures and actual test administration with immediate provision of results. All test are administered by a licensed physical or occupational therapist.

Pre-placement testing is an excellent method of reducing injury risk by insuring a proper match between a worker's abilities and the job requirements of your company.
