Owned and operated by Pat Stafford, Kelsey Manor is located in beautiful Chenango County, about 20 miles northeast of Binghamton, NY. Situated on a Main Street in the Village of Afton, Kelsey Manor is dedicated to providing quality assisted living care in a home-like environment to those in need.
